As-constructed survey of the mile long salmon hatchery facility at Priest Rapids Dam in Desert Aire, Washington. Primary elements of this survey include were having the survey on the original horizontal and vertical construction datum of the Priest Rapids Dam.. To increase efficiency RTK GPS was utilized for location of “soft” surface features and combined with conventional survey methods use for location and map of “hard” surface features to make a 1 foot contour map of the facility with hard surface spot elevations to plus or minus 0.05’ ft. accuracy. |

The primary elements of this project include; boundary delineation, creation of as-built floor plan of an existing three story building having in addition roof and basement parking. Development of legal descriptions for areas of occupation, common areas, easements for maintenance and elements related to the conveniences for the final documents, and coordination with the four public agencies associated with the project. |

The primary elements of this project include; delineation and resolution of ownership of the right of way, creation of legal descriptions for easement and property acquisition, topographic mapping that located and as-built the existing utilities for design, construction staking of utilities grading and road improvements with elements of design build in the project, and as-built mapping of new utilities. |

Established new elevation based on N.A.V.D. 88 at the original Lake Tapps Power House benchmark and resolved the discrepancy in the historic record of the true elevation of that benchmark. The control elevation came from WSDOT benchmarks 5 miles from the power house. Also conducted profile surveys along the tops of the dikes around the perimeter of Lake Tapps. |
